The Gator Hunter

Every once in a while I get a message or 'wink' from someone that I think I would never go out with in a million years.  Distance is the obvious reason why not, but I'm also talking about guys whose personalities are the exact opposite of who I would get along with.  And not just relationship-wise -- I'm talking about people who are so different from me and have such different priorities in life that I don't even think I'd want to be their friend. 

And then sometimes you run across someone who is so different that you want to be their friend just for the sheer novelty of it...

Meet Bill the alligator hunter from south Florida.

Ahh, a match made in swamp heaven.

Hell yes, I want to hang out with this guy!  He probably has amazing stories.  Compared to this guy I am probably REALLY boring.  I'd be all, "One time a homeless person punched me in the ribs on Bloor street."  Then he'd be all, "One time a 9 foot alligator nearly BIT MY LEG OFF."  See?  He would trump my stories every time.  And I'd be totally fascinated.

Bill was just cruising the dating site and thought he'd leave me a note to say that I seem really nice.  How sweet is that??
